Create Booklets From PDF Files !!!

in this video I'm going to give you a quick tutorial on how
I turn PDF files into booklets
so I can read them on the train anything I want to do make notes in the margins Create Booklets From PDF Files !!! that sort of thing
this is just a simple um simple
booklet be printed on both sides that the page stapled on the middle and
folded in half
nothin fancy and I use a free program that I got next
its a.m. it's a program that I have a free
limited version up it makes little watermark imprint on the site if:

to get the the full version but first let's find a file
usually I look for something when I do booklets

but that really depends on the thickness at the paper use so if you use

com a lightweight paper you can get away with more pages than

and here's the settings that I use um first thing that I do
special if there's good margins om already set on the document as I said on
the margins

you wanna do this so that Chara
your mom conversion here doesn't add even more margin because if there's a
margin there already
and you've got additional margin set you may end up with some
very small text in the middle of page with a lot margin white space rounded
the next thing that I tend to do in this is optional is

in half that gives you a five and a half inch
page wide by half-inch tall so I use those settings not

now that the binding type: by default if you leave it like this
it will create a book with so whilst it will impose the pages as well
printers call it whilst shop for the pages around so that when all the pages
are stacked together

and for that you would use the book setting
and when you do that it asks you how many sheets per fold

got not pretty good dimensions all the way around them in the margins
so it's not to there's not a lot of extra white space at the bottom so the

and one only one thing you can do to get rid of that is too pay for the full
upgrade to Q PDF

its immature fish page numbers in this document now they're not but you can see
if you read through this the pages have been
sorted out that if you print them front and back on a sheet of paper
hmmm when you're done you'll have a stack pages
that could be stapleton middle and folded in half not really others to it
to print it out just a quick file- print
if you're using a printer like mine where I don't have fun duplex printing
where the
printer will automatically two fronts and backs in one pass

select print all and then choose odd pages on the first
run that through but the stack over
and then select even pages for the second past animal basically
pretty odd pages on one side and the man pages on the other
and you had a complete booklet so that's really all there is to it
nothing fancy but to a really great way to get
e-books of your computer and into your hand where you can now
take them away read them outside on the bus on the train
